Lockdown workout routine?
Workout regime is a little up and down, but on the whole I have been spending a lot of time on my specialised road bike, doing some light weight circuits in the garage, and doing some yoga.
Go-to home cooking/homemade meal?
I love cooking. I’m a big big foodie and lockdown has let me spend loads of time on my Kamado Joe bbq. Favourite homemade meal is reverse seared Tomohawk steak, chimichurri, parmesan truffle fries, and some BBQ veg.
Lounging gear, slouch-wear?
I haven’t worn anything but loungewear! Comfy shorts and a t. That’s it for 11 weeks. Socks and sliders for the win.
Chill tunes, books, games, netflix?
Loved watching Gangs of London. Book wise , I read Black Box Thinking and it is a book I go back to regularly to re-read. Podcasts…any guest on the Joe Rogan Experience.
