Home workout routine?
At the moment a mix between limited upper body at my makeshift shed gym (DadBods gym), running sessions down at the local park or 45s on 15s rest whole body circuits!
Go-to home cooking/homemade meal?
Food wise I’m making it up as I go along. I’ve got a lot of chicken sausages and leftover pizza flour so I think I’ve had a makeshift toad in the whole 3 times in the last week.
Lounging gear, slouch-wear?
Normally a giant oversized hoodie and big comfy Adidas tracksuit bottoms, but the weather has been so decent I’ve mostly been in shorts, flip flops and a T-shirt!
Chill tunes, books, games, netflix?
I’m quite busy from an RPA rep side of things, as I am with my degree and financial qualifications so of that list chill tunes are probably my go to as I can have them on in the background of whatever I’m doing.
Take out or beverage you are missing?
I miss five guys, but not too much as I’d only have it once every now and again anyway…
Activity you can’t wait to get back to?
Can’t wait to get back to having some craic with the lads during training. I’m a social person and being locked up is turning into a battle in that sense.
