Home workout routine?
It is mixed at the moment. I have a few weights and a rower at home. Nothing beats pounding the pavements. Try and get a conditioning hit in the morning then a weights session in the afternoon. Love to mix it up on Saturdays and chuck a circuit type thing in there.
