Fly-half Matthieu Jalibert and wing Teddy Thomas are the only players to have retained their place from the win over Scotland.
Brice Dulin makes a comeback into the team for the first time in three years while Gabin Villière will make his debut for the Les Bleus. Jean-Pascal Barraque will also play for France for the first time and is positioned at outside centre with Jonathan Danty at inside.
The other debutants for France in the fixture includes second row combination of Baptiste Pesenti and Kilian Geraci along with Rodrigue Neti at loosehead prop.
Anthony Jelonch, Sekou Macalou and Cameron Woki will be part of the back-row while Baptiste Serin, who will captain the side for the first time starts at scrum-half with Jalibert at fly-half.
