Rugby Rumours: Kolisi targeted, Guirado’s move, Bristol in for Vito and Mafi leaves Japan by The TRU Team Friday 12 October 2018

Kolisi targeted:

The new Springbok captain Siya Kolisi has found himself linked to Gallagher Premiership clubs after a strong Rugby Championship campaign.

Saracens and Wasps are the two front-runner English clubs that have been mentioned as destinations for the 27 year-old back-rower.

Guirado‘s move:

Stalwart French hooker and Toulon captain Guilhem Guirado has been approached by a number of Top 14 clubs on a potential move.

With 60 international caps to his name, he’s got plenty of experience to give the interested parties: Montpellier and Stade Francais.

Bristol in for Vito:

Pat Lamb is looking for another All Black veteran to replace his current one, Steven Luatua, who looks to a future in New Zealand.

Victor Vito is coming to the end of his contract at La Rochelle, and would recieve a healthy sum if he joins Bristol Bears.

Mafi leaves Japan:

Toulon have reportedly made a move for the 28 year-old Japanese international back-rower Amanaki Mafi.

Mafi is at the end of the contract with the Japanese club NTT Shining Arcs, and looks to make his way into the Top 14.
