Home workout routine?

In the morning at 9:30am/10am, it is a body weight circuit which is given to us by Stade Nicois. It varies between conditioning and trying to maintain muscle mass. After that, I do a running fitness session in the garden or fortunately I have a Watt Bike so I mix between the two.

I’ve started doing yoga twice or three times a week to try something new, too. Just watch YouTube videos and attempt to get close to what they do!!!

Go-to home cooking/homemade meal?

Both me and my partner are big into our cooking. Being in France ,we’re fortunate no-one is stock piling and you can buy fresh produce every day. A go to is a tomato mozzarella salad with cucumber, artichoke, white onion and tuna. Drizzle of olive oil and balsamic!

Another is a whole roast chicken, with some potatoes and onions in the tray, with a side of petit pois or haricot verts.

 
Lounging gear, slouch-wear?
Simples; Comfy shorts and a t shirt is my day to day
 
Chill tunes, books, games, netflix?

We’re watching the Tiger king documentary which is crazy and we just finished Mind Hunter which was brilliant. A book I’m halfway through is The secret Barrister “stories of the law and how it’s broken,” It’s amazing to see how flawed the jurisdictional system is. And of course PlayStation keeps me entertained for an hour or two. Sport games mainly.

 
Takeout or Beverage you’re missing?

Only food I would order takeaway here in France is pizza and sushi but we’re going to try and make that ourselves next week. So all in all, not to bad.

 
Activity you can’t wait to get back to?
Can’t wait to get back to golf. The weather is amazing here and would love nothing more than a few rounds of losing balls.
