TRU Six Pack, Isolation Edition – Harry Williams, Exeter/England

Next to answer our quickfire Isolation Edition questions is England international and Exeter Chiefs’ tight-head Harry Williams.

Home workout routine?
So at the moment, I am keeping fit three times a day. I am getting up and doing yoga in the morning and then I do a couple of workouts in the afternoon, which include running – social distancing of course – and I have got some weights in the back yard which I have been using to do a whole-body workout.
Go-to home cooking/homemade meal?
I am making a lot of mince and rice. It sounds pretty basic, but it is nice! If you make a big batch of that, you can dig in whenever you like!

Lounging gear, slouch-wear?
Just casual. Hoodie and basketball shorts every day!

Chill tunes, books, games, netflix?

No PlayStation! I am actually trying to read more. I have been watching TV, but I have tried to limit it so I don’t go berserk. I am watching The Sopranos from the beginning. I have never watched it before so me and my girlfriend are watching that. It’s apparently unbelievable and the first season is good. It is starting to heat up now. I have watched Tiger King, the documentary on Netflix which was bizarre!

Take out or beverage you are missing?
Got to be Nando’s! Exeter Nando’s – Both of them!

Activity you can’t wait to get back to?
Seeing my family. They live in London and normally I see them every week or every other week because they try and come to every game so I am looking forward to seeing them.
