Home workout routine?
It varies as we were given programmes. This ranges from some body weight sessions, running shuttles or sessions with some weights I managed to get. eg; 30 seconds on 15 seconds off shuttles run (22m length) x 8 reps. 90 seconds off, three sets in total. I have also started running a few 5km runs a week to keep loading the legs.
Go-to home cooking/homemade meal?
I actually don’t mind cooking in the kitchen. But I’ve just bought a traeger BBQ grill / smoker so can’t wait to get in the garden and use that a lot. I’m a big meat eater!
 
Lounge wear?
I tend to be in some Under Armour training kit pre-work out, otherwise just some shorts and t-shirt. I always make sure I am up early and changed, though. It keeps me disciplined as it’s so easy to become lazy!
 
Books, Netflix, chill tunes?
I actually had never watched any of the Harry Potter films so I’ve finally watched them all through, also all the episodes of Killing Eve. I am also doing a lot of uni work at the moment and trying to read as much as I can! Currently it’s Mythos by Stephen Fry.
 
Takeaway or beverage you are missing?
I am really missing Sushi at the moment. I’m a huge sushi fan and can’t get it delivered where I live. That;s the first restaurant I will be ordering from when I can!
 
Activity you can’t wait to get back to?
I am a big golf fan, I am useless but love playing! I managed to get a round in before lockdown but been itching to play, especially with the nice weather we’ve been having recently! I didn’t get out much over winter because it was so wet.
